sparkol® is a web based presentation product. 

The software is developed in Adobe Flex 4 and Adobe Flash 10 and is delivered in a browser, with no separate install or download required. 

A set of base component and templates are included without charge and additional components and templates are included in the various subscription options.  Additional components, as well as templates, can be purchased through the component store. See the pricing page for more information.

Performance will be affected by several factors, including your internet connection, the load on our servers, the task you are performing and the specification of the machine you use.  We cannot guarantee any response times or performance standards, however will  aim to deliver the best experience possible.

Sparkol will log basic activity, such as when you log in, when you download a presentation and other similar tasks to track usage for your information and to help us provide a better service.  See the privacy policy for more information.

We cannot guarantee that data will not be lost, however we have processes in place to regularly back-up information securely and in the event of data loss would aim to restore a recent back-up as quickly as possible.

All support for the product is provided from the UK and by email.  Email support is included in Business and Professional packages only.  However, we are always interested in feedback to deliver a better product.

The software will not be available from time to time for both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.  We aim to keep any downtime to a minimum and give warning whenever possible.  

Upgrades and new releases will be delivered from time to time and although we make every effort for these to not cause any problems, data loss or performance issues, we cannot gaurantee this is the case.
